On November 12th, Samuel DeVoe was honored as HDGAC's nominee and awarded the 2025 Charlie Riley Community Service Scholarship which will be applied to his higher education goals. Sam plans to use the scholarship to help him continue pursuing his dream of working full time as an EMT, and eventually Paramedic in the community, both as a paid worker and volunteer. We are so proud of Sam's hard work and dedication to EMS and for his selfless service to our community.
