On November 12th, Samuel DeVoe was honored as HDGAC's nominee and awarded the 2025 Charlie Riley Community Service Scholarship which will be applied to his higher education goals. Sam plans to use the scholarship to help him continue pursuing his dream of working full time as an EMT, and eventually Paramedic in the community, both as a paid worker and volunteer. The U.S. Marine Corps and the Toys for Tots Foundation have once again designated the Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps as a drop-off location this year. We are looking for new, unwrapped toys that will be distributed to needy children in our community during this holiday season.

On Tuesday, 8 July, our stand-by crew provided EMS support at Ripken Stadium for day 2 of baseball camp. The program, sponsored by APGFCU, gives kids an opportunity to participate on the field for a morning of fun, and be able to meet and learn from the Ironbirds players.
